Shipping:  

All products usually ship within 2-business days after they are purchased. We will update your order online with a tracking number once your item has shipped.  

Returns/Refunds:  

All returns/refunds are subject to the manufacturer. We will not accept a return without RMA #. All items that are returned without RMA # will be refused or disposed of. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping. Please inspect all items upon receiving them from the shipping carrier.
